L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-23102024-258195 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4264] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2024/KARTIKA 1, 1946 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 22nd October, 2024 S.O. 4638(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways (Amendment) Act,2008 (11of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the appointment of District Collector, Chittorgarh as Arbitrator vide Gazette Notification No. 3313 dated 27th August-2024 is hereby cancelled with immediate effect. The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No.प.26 (37) परि / रेलवे / भू.आ./2021 dated 17.10.2024 has recommended the Divisional Commissioner Jaipur as Arbitrator. Therefore, Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of Badi Sadri-Nimach New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project in the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation.
