NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 16th September, 2025
S.O. 4214(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of "New BG Line of Pushkar-Merta (Katyasani) (51.346 Km.)" of Ajmer Division of North Western Railway, in the state of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation.
