L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-14032026-270955 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1266] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2026/PHALGUNA 22, 1947 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 13th March, 2026 S.O. 1323(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 7A of section -2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) and the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as “Competent Authority" to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of "Power Supply Upgradation Project at Khimel in North Western Railway" in the state of Rajasthan relating to Districts mentioned in column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Projects.
