NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, the 10th June, 2025
S.O. 2538(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column
(2) of the table below as 'Competent Authority' to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project
"Construction of New line between Ramdevra and Pokran via Bhairav Gufa-Kailash Tekri (13.38 km) of Jodhpur
division of North Western Railway" in the state of Rajasthan relating to the sub-divisions mentioned in column (3),
district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of such Special Railway Project.
