L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-02092026-275936 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4433] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 21, 2026/SHRAVAN 30, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] Amendment Notification Jaipur, the 20th August, 2026 S.O. 4614(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), read with the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification issued by the Ministry of Railways (North Western Railway, Construction Organization) and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4483(E) dated 01 October 2025: Amendment “In the said notification S.O. 4483(E) dated 01.10.2025, certain land parcels (Khasra numbers) situated in village Bhiwani Lohar were notified for acquisition for railway purposes. However, it has now been observed that the land pertaining to the following Khasra numbers is no longer required for railway purposes. Accordingly, the said Khasra numbers are hereby excluded from the acquisition proceedings. Further, certain Khasra numbers stand revised as follows.
