NOTIFICATION
Jabalpur, the 7th August, 2025
S.O. 3629(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 7(A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government here by authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2)
of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect
of area of the Special Railway Project (1) “Chord line between Karhi - Sagma stations (5.31 Km) of West Central
Railway" and (2) “Rail over Rail flyover between Karhi - Kaima (4.975 Km UP and 6.785 Km DN) of West
Central Railway" in column (4) of the table in the State of Madhya Pradesh with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Gazette.
