Mumbai, the 27th April, 2026
F. No. CC/S&B/AND/2026/75.— We refer to the Notice dated 18.03.2026 issued by the Chairman
and published in the Gazette of India on 23.03.2026 and in the newspapers on 24.03.2026 regarding
holding of the General Meeting of the Shareholders of State Bank of India on Friday, the
15th May, 2026 at 03:00 PM at State Bank Auditorium, State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road,
Mumbai – 400021 (Maharashtra) to elect four Directors to the Central Board of the Bank under the
provisions of Section 19 (c) of State Bank of India Act, 1955. The Meeting will be held through Video
Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM)
2. In this regard, Notice is hereby given that against the four vacancies of the Directors, the following
nominations have been found valid in terms of Section 19A of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 read with
the Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks - Governance) Directions, 2025. The names and addresses
of the validly nominated candidates are as below:
