No. CO.DOR.RAUG.No. S4790/07.12.000/2025-2026, issued from Mumbai on 17th September, 2025, in pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), directs alterations to the Second Schedule of the said Act. Specifically, the words 'Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Bank Limited, Lucknow' are to be substituted with 'Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Limited, Lucknow'. The notification was signed by R. Lakshmi Kanth Rao, Executive Director, and published in The Gazette of India on October 24, 2025.
