NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 10th March, 2025
S.O. 1254(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 20F of the Railway
(Amendment) Act, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator
mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the Special Railway Project of
"Construction of Railway Track for Rapid Loading System (RLS) and other allied works for Amalgamated
Yekona I&II Open Cast Mine (OCM), Majri area of M/s. Western Coal Field Ltd" in the state of Maharashtra
relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management
and operation of such special railway project.
