DyCEE -C-BRC/EL/TSS/Gothaj/164] MINIS TRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 16th August , 2023 S.O. 3674(E).—Chief Administrative Officer (Construction)/Central Government/ Ministry of Railways having its registered office at Deputy Chief Electrical E ngineer (Construction), Western Railway, Office, Near DRM Office, Pratapnagar, Vadodara -390004, intends to apply/has applied to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of ele ctric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act 1885 with res pect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained, by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes. The BEE Line is mostly passes through Residences, Industrial and Agriculture land area.
