No E. -588525-03] S.R PRASAD, Chief Project Manager – II 3 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Railway (Construction Organization)] CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 11th May, 2026 S.O. 2392(E).—In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 4109 (E), dated the 10th September, 2025, and in strict compliance with the judicial directions issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in Special Civil Application No. 629 of 2026, the Central Government hereby issues the following Corrigendum to rectify certain clerical inaccuracies and technical errors, as specified hereunder: 1. Rectification of Statutory References and Publication Dates (i) The reference to the initial Notification issued under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989, appearing in the first paragraph, shall be read as S.O. 5556 (E), dated the 24th December, 2024, instead of S.O. 903 (E), dated the 20th February, 2025. (ii) The dates of publication of the substance of the said Notification in the local daily newspapers, namely Kutch Mitra (Gujarati), The Indian Express (English), and Yung Leader (Hindi), shall be read as 01st January, 2025, instead of 21st August, 2025. 2. Rectification of Textual Error Regarding Objections In the preamble of the said Notification, the sentence: "Nil objections were received and the same have been considered and disallowed by competent authority" shall be substituted with the following: Objections were received and the same have been duly considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority. 3. Rectification of the Land Schedule (Village: Mithi Rohar) In the Schedule annexed to the said Notification for the Special Railway Project, namely the Samakhiyali- Gandhidham Quadrupling Project (ROB-3), the entries appearing under Village: Mithi Rohar, Taluka: Gandhidham, District: Kutch, shall be substituted with the following verified Schedule.
