G 197/2023/GOM/DD -MMR/Sept/20E ] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Central Railway ) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 28th September , 2023 S.O. 4263(E).—In exercise of the power s conferred by sub -section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the l and, the br ief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Daund –Manmad doubling project in the District of Nashik in the State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Navarashtra” and “Dainik Bhramar ” Dated 28th July, 2023 under sub sect ion (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, in Anakwade village no objections were received and the competent Authority have passed the orders accordingly; अ.
