This directive is issued in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the said Act. The banks excluded are: Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, J & K Grameen Bank, Ellaquai Dehati Bank, Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, and Uttarbanga Kshetriya Gramin Bank.
