NOTIFICATION

F. No. JERC -25/2019 .—In exercise of the powers con ferred under Sub -section (1) of Section 181 read with
Clauses (zd), (ze) and (zf) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and all other powers enabling the Commission in this behalf,
the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territori es (UTs), after previous
publication, hereby issue the following Order: -
The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Terms and
Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2019 (hereinafter referred as
“Renewable Energy Tariff Regulations, 2019”) were applicable up to 23rd July, 2022 and was extended till 23rd July,
2023.
In pursuance of Regulation 5 of the Renewable Energy Tariff Regulations, 2019, the Commission extends the
period of applicability of the said regulations till further orders or till the notification of the new Terms and Conditions
for Tariff Determination from Renewable Energy Sources Regulations, whichever is earlier.
