(1) These rules may be called the Indian Post Office (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023. 2. In the Indian Post Office Rules, 1933, in Schedule -III, after serial number 39 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: - (1) (2) (3) (4) “40 Netherlands 330 30.” [F.
