Ritu Hemnani, Joint Collector, Government of Chhattisgarh in place of Smt. Ritu Hemnani, Deputy Collector, Government of Chhattisgarh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for a period of Two years, for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Chhattisgarh. 2.
