Concurrently, five older standards are scheduled for withdrawal on September 25, 2026: IS 3111–1984, IS 2974 (Part 1) – 1982, IS 2974 (Part II) – 1980, IS 2974 (Part 3): 1992, and IS 2974 (Part IV) – 1979, all related to silver thread and machine foundations.
