SCHEDULE 1. M/s J M Baxi Heavy Private Limited is the transporter of M/s TKIL Industries Private Limited and M/s Wuhan Private Limited for transportation of these three over dimension consignments for the aforesaid movement. 2. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that:- i. The specific route for transportation of the consignment mentioned at serial number 4(i) as indicated in above mentioned table is as under: Pune, Chikhali - Ahmednagar - Malegaon - Dhule - Chimthana - Dondaicha - Nanadurbar - Prakasha - Dediapada - Netrang - Ankeshwar - Vadodara - vasad - Bagodara -Rajkot - samkhiyali - Radhanpur - Palanpur -Abu Road - Pindwara – Sirohi – Pali – Jodhpur – Balesar -Soitara – Simarkhiya - Rewara - Pachpadra HRRL Barmer Project Site It will originate from the premises of M/s Ravi Industries, Chikhali, Pune and terminate at the premises of M/s Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd, Barmer, Rajasthan. The specific route for transportation of the consignments mentioned at serial number 4 (ii) and (iii) will be from Marshaghai, Luna River, Odisha to Talcher Fertiliser Odisha as per the following route- Marshaghai- Chandikhole- Nirgundi- Meramundali- FCI Chowk- Talcher Fetilizer; or Marshaghai-Kendrapara-Jagatpur-Nirgundi-Meramundali- FCI chowk- Talcher Fertilizer. ii. Load restrictions on various roads and bridges stipulated by the concerned departments of the State Government of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Odisha as the case may be/ Public Works Department/Local Authorities/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL will be observed and prior permission will be obtained before the vehicles are put on the road. The transporter will observe such restrictions as the States/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf. iii. The transporter will obtain necessary prior permissions from the concerned departments of the State Government of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Odisha as the case may be/ National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL, for the removal of any objects like hoardings, poles, signboards, transmission line shutdown etc. and observe such restrictions as the State Governments/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf, before the vehicles are put on road. Cost of removal and redevelopment of any object permitted by the State Government shall be borne by the M/s J M Baxi Heavy Private Limited. iv. The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance and obtain permission before commencement of transit, from concerned Departments of the State Government of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Odisha as the case may be/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL en-route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each such movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned authority. v. If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the roads in that State and in such cases applicants will have to make their own arrangements to cross the rivers/drains. vi. The transporter would be liable to pay such amount to the Government of State /National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL or any other affected person where any damage is caused to the roads or road structures/bridges/other road users/persons directly or indirectly due to the movement of the trailers. vii. Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements. viii. The said vehicles should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic. ix. The vehicles should display all danger flags and lights, the vehicles should be preceded and followed by a vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing. x. The maximum speed of the trailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 5 km/hr. xi. The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and rear sides duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rear and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly. xii. The transporter will ensure that the valid documents for road taxes, fitness certificate, insurance cover(including Third Party Insurance), National Permit, and PUC shall be carried in respect of all the vehicles to be utilized during the above movement. xiii. No change will be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they are already registered in the state of Maharashtra and Gujarat. xiv. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered owners, the transporter shall bear responsibility for the same. xv.
