L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-31012024-251664 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 352] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2024/MAGHA 11, 1945 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) ORDER New Delhi, the 30th January, 2024 S.O. 373(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:- In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st August, 2024." Subsequently amended vide notification numbers S.O. 2030(E) dated the 25th May, 2021, S.O. 399(E) dated the 31st January, 2022, S.O. 3457(E) dated the 27th July, 2022, S.O. 529(E) dated the 2nd February, 2023 and S.O. 3291(E) dated the 21st July, 2023.
