NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6060(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in Column (2) of the scheduled
annexed hereto as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for "Construction
of VUP with Service Road from Km.1374+155 to Km.1376+275 of Nellore Bypass section of NH-16 in the state of
Andhra Pradesh" for building (widening/Six laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the VUP on
National Highway No.16 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
SCHEDULE
Acquisition of land in respect of proposed Right of Way for VUP on National Highway No.16 on the stretch
of land from Km.1374+155 to Km.1376+275 for "Construction of VUP with Service Road from Km.1374+155 to
Km.1376+275 of Nellore Bypass section of NH-16 in the state of Andhra Pradesh" for building (widening/Six laning
etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the VUP on National Highway No.16 in the state of Andhra
Pradesh.
