Prism Logistics Ltd. is designated as the transporter for M/s ISGEC HEAVY ENGINEERING LTD. The approved routes are ISGEC-Dahej to ISGEC-Dahej Ro-Ro Jetty (10 Km by road) and Vadinar Port to Nayara Energy Limited, Vadinar, Gujarat (12 Km by road), with an intermediate sea route via barge from Dahej to Vadinar. The movement will utilize seven Volvo Prime Movers (HP 500-520) and seventy independently registered modular hydraulic Trailers (Goldhofer, TII, Scheuerle Fahrzeug Fabrik (GMBH) brands) with 2-8 axles and GVW ranging from 52 to 216 tons. Each coke drum has a consignment weight of 633 MT, resulting in a laden vehicle weight ranging from 795.5 MT to 831 MT, and overall dimensions of 42.5m (L), 10.7m (W), and 11.3m (H). Axle coupling configurations include 18+18, 20+20, or 24+24 axle rows. This relaxation is subject to various conditions, including adherence to load restrictions, obtaining permissions from Public Works Department, Local Authorities, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), and NHIDCL, ensuring safety monitoring, bearing costs for object removal by Prism Logistics Pvt. Ltd., giving 10-day advance intimation, arranging river/drain crossings if required, liability for damages, ensuring no hindrance to traffic, displaying danger flags/lights, maintaining a maximum speed of 5 km/hr, specific vehicle painting requirements, and ensuring all vehicles possess valid road taxes, fitness certificates, insurance (including Third Party), National Permits, and PUCs. No changes are to be made to the Registration Certificates of the vehicles registered in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that:- i. The specific route for transportation of the these over dimensional consignments will be ISGEC-Dahej to ISGEC-Dahej Ro-Ro Jetty by Road for 10 Km and Vadinar Port to Nayara Energy Limited, Vadinar, Gujarat by Road for 12 Km (From Dahej to Vadinar by Barge via Sea route) ii. Load restrictions on various roads and bridges stipulated by the Public Works Department/Local Authorities/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL will be observed and permission of such authorities will be obtained before the vehicles are put on the roads. Movement of the trailers will be approved and closely monitored by the concerned road authorities in State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India from safety point of view. iii. The transporter will observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf. iv. The transporter will obtain necessary prior permissions from the concerned departments of the State/Union Territory Government for the removal of any objects like hoardings, poles, signboards, transmission line shutdown etc. and observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf, before the vehicles are put on road. Cost of removal and redevelopment of any object permitted by the State/Union Territory Government shall be borne by the M/s Prism Logistics Pvt. Ltd. v. The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance and would need to obtain permission before commencement of transit, from concerned authority of State or Union Territory Authorities/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL en-route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each such movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned authority. vi. If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the roads in that State/Union Territory and in such cases applicants will have to make arrangements at their cost, after obtaining the permission from the concerned Authorities, to cross the rivers/drains. vii. The transporter would be liable to pay such amount to the Government of State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL or any other affected person where any damage is caused to the roads or road structures/bridges/other road users/persons directly or indirectly due to the movement of the trailers. viii. Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements. ix. The said vehicles should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic. x. The vehicles should display all danger flags and lights, the vehicles should be preceded and followed by a vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing. xi. The maximum speed of the trailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 5 km/hr. xii. The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and rear sides duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rear and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly. xiii. The transporter will ensure that road taxes have been paid, fitness certificate, insurance cover(including Third Party Insurance), National Permit, and PUC have been obtained in respect of all the vehicles to be utilized during the above movement. xiv. No change will be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they are already registered in the state/UT of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana and UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. xv. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered owners, the transporter shall bear responsibility for the same. xvi.
