L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-30102024-258372 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4395] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2024/KARTIKA 8, 1946 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) ORDER New Delhi, the 30th October, 2024 S.O. 4772(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Morpholine (Quality Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, namely:- In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st May, 2025."
