F. No. 6/16/2022-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act,1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the designated Authority has issued the final finding notification no. 6/18/2023-DGTR dated 06.08.2024 in respect of the anti-dumping investigation undertaken on subject product "Cellophane Transparent Film." 2. In para no.120 of the final findings, 'Shandong Henglian New Material' may be read as 'Shandong Henglian New Materials Co., Ltd.' 3. The other text of the final finding shall remain unchanged.
