L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4100] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 29, 2023/ ASVINA 7, 1945 CG-DL-E-30092023-249078 1 2 3 4 5 6 506/1767 भाग 10088/14725 भाग 1261/44175 भाग 558//1/1/2 [फा.सं. : NHAI/PIU -JDH/BM/AJEC -RAJ/2018/LA/3 D] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2 9th September , 2023 S.O. 4271(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 2304(E) Dated:25.05.2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH 754K in the stretch of land from Km. 0.00 to Km. 3.305 (Mini Secretariat Sirsa) i n the district of SIRSA in the state of HARYANA And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala both dated 25.06.2023 under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have b een received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefo re, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acqui red for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule sha ll vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
