For Mouza Gandhigram (Tehsil Ghandhigram, Sub-Division Mohanpur), corrections include changing the 'Class of Land' for Plot No. 45/18208/p from 'Bastu (Tilla)' to 'Bastu (Nal)', Plot No. 2253/p from 'Path' to 'Road', Plot No. 2225/p from 'Viti(Nal)' to 'Viti (Tilla)', Plot No. 2170/p from 'Path' to 'Road', and Plot No. 2163/p from 'Path' to 'Road'. For Mouza Singerbil (Tehsil Lankamura, Sub-Division Sadar), corrections include changing the 'Class of Land' for Plot No. 7938/p from 'Nal' to 'Nala', Plot No. 7994/p from 'Path' to 'Road', Plot No. 5482/p from 'Path' to 'Road', Plot No. 5212 from 'Path' to 'Road', correcting Plot No. 6655/p to 6665/p for Khatian No. 1/161, and correcting Khatian No. 1/128 to 1/28 for Plot No. 5516/8227/p. For Mouza Lankamura (Tehsil Lankamura, Sub-Division Sadar), corrections include changing the 'Class of Land' for Plot No. 3596/p from 'Path' to 'Road', Plot No. 3890/p from 'Path' to 'Road', correcting Plot No. 43/01p to 4301/p, and changing the 'Class of Land' for Plot No. 5249/p from 'Nal' to 'Nala'. Following these corrections, the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in the aforementioned land, exercising powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962). Any person interested in the land may object to the pipeline laying within 21 days from 23rd June, 2025, to the Competent Authority, RoU, ONGC Base Complex, Badharghat, Agartala, Tripura-799014, specifying if they wish to be heard in person or by a legal practitioner. PROVIDED THAT ANY person interested in the said land may within 21 days from the date of this notification, object to the laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, RoU, ONGC Base Complex, Badharghat, Agartala, Tripura-799014.
