1. Shri P. V. Narasimha Rao, former Prime Minister of India.
2. Chaudhary Charan Singh, former Prime Minister of India.
3. Dr. Monkombu Sambasivan Swaminathan, agricultural scientist.
4. Shri Karpoori Thakur, former Chief Minister of Bihar.
