The following corrections are made in the English version of the aforesaid Gazette: 1. In pages 14 and 15, clause (15) to clause (18) of the Regulation 8 shall be sequentially read as “clause (1) to clause (4)". 2. In page 15, after Note 1 of clause (18) of the Regulation 8, the sub-notes (ii) and (iii) shall be read as “sub-notes (i) and (ii)" respectively. 3. In page 16, clause (19) of the Regulation 8 shall be read as "clause (5)". 4. In page 16, clause (19) of the Regulation 8, fourth paragraph, starting with the words, "Charges for Deviation including the formula for computation of Deviation, in respect of a WS Seller with ESS as per sub-clause (5) of this Regulations.” shall be numbered as clause "(6)”. 5. In page 16, clause (20) of the Regulation 8, shall be read as Clause “(7)”. 6. In pages 16 and 17, clause (20) of the Regulation 8, the serial numbers (V), (VI), (VII) and (VIII) shown in the headings of the table shall be read as “(I), (II), (III) and (IV)” respectively. 7. In pages 17 and 18, clause (21) to clause (27) of the Regulation 8 shall be sequentially read as "clause (8) to clause (14)". 8. In page 18, the heading "Accounting of Charges for Deviation and Ancillary Service Pool Account" shall be numbered as "9". 9. In page 18, clause (8) to clause (14) of Regulation 9 under the heading “Accounting of Charges for Deviation and Ancillary Service Pool Account" shall be sequentially read as "clause (1) to clause (7)”. 10. In page 19, Regulation “9”. Schedule of Payment of charges for deviation” shall be numbered “10”. 11. In page 19, clauses (4), (5) and (6) of the Regulation 9 shall be sequentially read as "clauses (1), (2) and (3)". 12. In page 19, Regulation “10'. Power to Relax" shall be numbered as “11”. 13.
