Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through notification S.O. 4927(E) dated 27th October, 2025, in exercise of powers under sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, amends its previous Gazette notification No. S.O. 4437(E), dated 29th September, 2025. The original notification had accorded approval to M/s PRISM logistics Private Limited for the transportation of one over dimensional consignment, specifically one Generator Stator, on Modular Hydraulic Trailers, from BHEL-Haridwar, Uttarakhand to Mahan Energen Limited Project site, Madhya Pradesh. This current notification specifically replaces the route specified in paragraph 5(i) of the said previous notification with a new detailed route passing through multiple villages and cities from Haridwar to Mahan Energen Limited in Madhya Pradesh, ensuring maximum safe laden weight/Gross Vehicles Weight and dimensions.
