ADDENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025
S.O. 3976(E).- The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority's Order No. 1486(E) dated 27th March 2025,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, related to ceiling price fixation of scheduled formulation packs of I.V.
fluids (non-Glass with special features) is henceforth to be read with the following additions:
(1) Sl. No. 10 and 11 shall be added in Table 'B' as below:

(2) Clause (e1) and (e2) are added after clause (e) & shall be read as follows:
"(e1) In case of M/s Hindustan Polyfab mentioned in Sl. No. 10 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations specified
at Sl. No. 1 and 6 of Table A are applicable".
"(e2) In case of M/s Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. mentioned in Sl. No. 11 of Table B, only the prices of the
formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4 and 6 of Table A are applicable
