ADDENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025
S.O. 3978(E).— The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority's Order No. 1474(E) dated 27th March 2025
and 2998(E) dated 4th July 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, related to ceiling price fixation of
scheduled formulation packs of Ringer Lactate (non-Glass with special features) is henceforth to be read with the
following additions:
(1) Sl. No. 23, 24 and 25 shall be added in Table 'B' as below:

(2) Clause (e2), (e3) and (e4) is added after clause (el) & shall be read as follows:
"(e2) In case of M/s BML Parenteral Drugs mentioned in Sl. No. 23 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations
specified at Sl. No. 2 and Sl. No. 3 of Table A are applicable".
"(e3) In case of M/s Hindustan Polyfab mentioned in Sl. No. 24 of Table B, only the price of the formulations specified
at Sl. No. 3 of Table A is applicable".
"(e4) In case of M/s Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. mentioned in Sl. No. 25 of Table B, only the prices of the
formulations specified at Sl. No. 3 and Sl. No. 4 of Table A are applicable".
