Kalpnaben Bha vneshkumar Mehta, Mamlatdar, Vadodara, Government of Gujarat in place of Smt. S.R. Kelaiya, Mamlatdar Sabarmati, District – Ahmedabad, Government of Gujarat to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquis ition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for all Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Gujarat. 2.
