L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-28102025-267217 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4717] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025/ KARTIKA 2, 1947 MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (Department of Higher Education) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th October, 2025 S.O. 4861(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Education and Social Welfare, vide number G.S.R. 68(E), dated the 21st February, 1973, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 21st February, 1973, namely:— In the said notification, under the heading “U.S.A.", in serial number 8(b), after entry number 37, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— "38. Master of Architecture from School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, University of Maryland, USA.". 2.
