CE-RO/Chennai/MoRTH/12014/146/2018 -19/3a1/5195 ] No. 3878] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY , SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 / ASVINA 4 , 194 6 CG-DL-E-28092024-257540 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPO RT AND HIGHWAYS Corrigendum New Delhi, the 26th September, 202 4 S.O. 4236 (E). –– In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5195(E) dated 07.11.2022 for the work of Widening existing 2L to 4L with paved shoulder including strengthening the existing carriageway from km 36/0 -80/0 of salem - Tirupattur - vaniyambadi road NH 179A in the State of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (II),07.11.2022 namely: - In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 4476(E) dated 09.12.2020, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry “District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri” the entry “SDRO(LA),Highways(Schemes),Krishnagiri” shall be substituted.
