NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th August, 2025
G.S.R. 585(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Health Service Rules, 2014 namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Health Service (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Central Health Service Rules, 2014, –
(i) in SCHEDULE II, against serial number 4, under the heading “(I) TEACHING SPECIALIST SUB-CADRE
(Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor)", against serial number 1, under the sub-heading "(b)
VARDHAMAN MAHAVIR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND SAFDARJUNG HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI", after
serial number 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
