NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th August, 2025
S.O. 3924(E).- In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 16, of the National Medical
Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3261(E), dated the
24th September, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
24th September, 2020, namely:-
2. In the said notification,-
(i) in paragraph 2, in the table, for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
