NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th February, 2026
S.O. 1078(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed
here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column
(4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction of 4 Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Section
from Km. 375 (Kannad, Telwadi to Km. 390 (Bodhare) (Total Length 14.895 Km.) in Autram Ghat including Tunnel
(5.5 Km.) & Viaduct (3.280 Km.) in the state of Maharashtra Under PIU-Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Km 0+000 to KM
14+895), building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of
MAHARASTRA.

(Kannad, Telwadi to Km. 390 (Bodhre) (Total Length 14.895 Km.) in Autram Ghat including Tunnel
