NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21nd October, 2025
S.O. 4814(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Control of National
Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003) and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry
of Road Transport and Highways published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) vide S.O.3293 (E), dated the 16th September, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to
be done before such supersession, the Highway Administration with the approval of the Central
Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to exercise the
powers and functions of Highway Administration in respect of length and limits of jurisdiction of Highway
Administration mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 4815(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Control of National Highways
(Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003), the Highway Administration with the approval of the Central Government
hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to exercise the powers and functions of
Highway Administration in respect of length and limits of jurisdiction of Highway Administration mentioned in
column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

S.O. 4816(E). In exercise of the powers conferred under section 20 read with section 21 of The Control of
National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003), and in supersession of the notifications of the Ministry
of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. number S.O. 3293(E) dated the 16th September, 2019, the Central
Government hereby appoints the officers to act on behalf of Highway Administration mentioned in column (2) of the
Table given below in respect of jurisdiction of Highway Administration in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
