NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2025.
S.O. 4839(E).— Upon retirement of Shri Pradeep Acharjee, Competent Authority for North East Gas
Grid (NEGG) Project of Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL) in the State of Tripura and Joint Secretary,
Revenue Department & RRDM, Government of Tripura and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter
called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Sh. Subrata Dutta, TCS Gr-I, Joint Secretary,
Revenue Department, Government of Tripura, to perform the functions of Competent Authority, Indradhanush
Gas Grid Limited (IGGL) in the state of Tripura under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of
Right of User in land) Act, 1962.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
