EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4518] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , OCTOBER 27, 2023/ KARTIKA 5, 1945 CG-DL-E-27102023-249742 CG-DL-E-27102023-249742 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th October, 2023 S.O. 4705 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Gov ernment hereby nominates Vice Chancellor, University of Allahabad ,to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh in place of Lt. Col. (Dr.) BipinPuri, Vice Chancellor, King George ’sMedical University, Lu cknow, and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/170/2018 -PMSSY.IV dated the 10th September, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub -Section (ii) vide SO 3348 (E) dated the 28th September, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely: - “Member under clause (a a) of Section 4: “1. Vice Chancellor, University of Allahabad ” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956. [F. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th October, 2023 S.O. 4706(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Gov ernment hereby nominates Vice Chancellor, Guru GhasidasVishwavidyalaya , Raipur, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur, Chhattisgarh in place of Dr. Narayan Purushottam Dakshinkar, Vice Chancellor, Chhattisgarh Kam dhenu Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/177/2019 -PMSSY -IV dated the 18thMay, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide SO 1828 (E) dated the 10thJune, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely: - “Member unde r clause (aa) of Section 4: “1. Vice Chancellor, Guru GhasidasVishwavidyalaya , Raipur ” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
