In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of 1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification vide S.O.1935(E) dated the 30th April, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii). In the said notification, and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall in particular be substituted, namely: "For serial number 11 and entry relating thereto, may be read as Captain Savio Ramos, General Secretary of the Maritime Union of India (MUI) in place of Captain Tushar Pradhan as Member." 2.
