EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3880] NEW DELH I, THURSDAY , SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 /ASVINA 4, 194 6 CG-DL-E-27092024-257549 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2 6th September, 2024 S.O. 42 38(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 7 0 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 (14 of 2021), the Central Government, after consultation with the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession, hereby makes the following amendment in the Schedule to the said Act, namely: - In the said Schedule, against serial number 7, in column (2), under sub -heading “Other Care Professionals”, in column (3), after item (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely: - “(iv) Acupuncture Professionals 2230, 3230”.
