No. E -11013/2/2019 -Hindi .—Government of India, in partial amendment of the Resolutions published in the Gazette of India Part -I, Section -1 dated 01 -07 January, 2022, 29 January -04 February, 2022 and dated 26 July, 2023 vide No. E - 11013/2/2019 -Hindi regarding reconstitution of the Hindi Salahkar Samiti of Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, hereby approves the nomination of Shri Chavda Vinod Lakhamshi, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Shri Raju Bisht, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Shri Madan Rathore, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Shri Pradeep Kumar Verma, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) nominated by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs at serial nos. 21 to 24 respectively as non -official members of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways. 2. The tenure of these 04 non -official members in this Committee will be for the remaining term of the Committee. 3. All other conditions given in the resolution of even number dated 28.12.2021 will remain unchanged. ORDER Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to Administrations of all States and UTs, All Ministries and Departments of Government of India, President’s Secretariat, Vice President’s Secretariat, Prime Minister’s office, Cabinet Secretariat, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Committee of Parliament on Official Language, Niti Ayog, Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Election Commission, Union Public Service Commission and Parliament Library.
