No. 13015/1/99-Trichy/145/C] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 24th June, 2026 S.O. 3409(E). — Inexercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in notification S.O.1162 (E) dated 24.11.2001 of the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary no 858, Part -II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 24th November, 2001 and Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 1755 (E) dated 12.10.2006 namely: In the Table in the Schedule to the principal notification number S.O.1162 (E) dated 24.11.2001:- • Against Serial No.19 to 26 under Column "Taluk" the word "Vikravandi" in place of the word "Villupuram" shall be substituted. • Against Serial No.34 to 38 under Column "Taluk" the word “Thiruvennainallur” in place of the word "Ulundurpettai" shall be substituted. • Against Serial No.39 to 57 under Column "District and State" the word "Kallakurichi" in place of the word "Villupuram" shall be substituted Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.1162 (E) dated the 24th November, 2001, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), subsequent Amendment was published vide Gazette No. S.O. 1755 (E) dated 12.10.2006.
