No. 560(E) dated 06-02-2024, the Central Government hereby authorizes Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) District- Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, in place of Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial) Jewar, District-Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to perform the functions of Competent Authority for laying of Piyala (Faridabad, Haryana) to Jewar Airport (Gautambudh Nagar U.P.) ATF Pipeline by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited under the said Act, within the territory of Uttar Pradesh State. This notification will be effective from the date of Issue. [F.
