L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27052026-272907 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 372] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026/JYAISTHA 6, 1948 3759 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department of Telecommunications) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th May, 2026 G.S.R. 413(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ca) of sub-section (2) of section 35 read with sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Other Employees) Rules, 2025, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Other Employees) Amendment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Other Employees) Rules, 2025, after rule 25, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:- "25A. Disciplinary, Appellate, Revisioning and Reviewing Authorities.
