Detailed Summary

This Corrigendum, issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on 26th May, 2025, vide S.O. 2331(E), is made in exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956). It makes an amendment to the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2735 (E), dated 8th November, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 8th November, 2010. The amendment specifies that in the Schedule to the said Notification S.O. 2735(E), the words "Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), National Highways, Ramanathapuram” shall be substituted by the words and brackets "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Ramanathapuram-1”. A foot note indicates that the Principal notification was published vide number S.O. 3087 (E), dated 03rd December, 2009. The corrigendum is signed by SHAIKH AMINKHAN, Director.
