L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27052024-254355 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1969] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024/VAISAKHA 31, 1946 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 21st May, 2024 S.O. 2068(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 3719(E) dated 14th September, 2021 and S.O. 1612(E) dated 05th April, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, sub-section 3(ii), dated 14th September, 2021 and 05th April, 2022 respectively, namely:- In the preamble of the aforesaid notification "Assistant Collector, Collectorate, Boudh" the words "Deputy Collector, Sub-Collector Office, Boudh" shall be substituted. Foot Note:- The principal Notification was published vide S.O. 3719(E) dated 14th September, 2021 and S.O 1612(E) dated 05th April, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 14th September. 2021 and 05th April, 2022 respectively.
