No.6/1/2023-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority hereby makes the following correction in the final finding notification issued vide notification no. 6/1/2023-DGTR dated 28th March, 2024 in respect of the subject original anti-dumping Investigation. 2. The customs subheading for the subject goods provided as “8309 90 20” at paragraph 4 (7), 11 and in the duty table at para 119 in the said notification shall be substituted to read as “8309 90 90”.
