L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27032026-271318 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1529] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2026/ CHAITRA 4, 1948 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th March, 2026 S.O. 1594(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2313 (E) dated 22nd May, 2025, the Central Government has authorized the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its official or through a contractor for the use of National Highway starting from its junction with NH-30 near Abhanpur in the State of Chhattisgarh and terminating at its junction with SH-38 near Pinagadi in the State of Andhra Pradesh from Design Km. 0.000 to Km. 464.662 of National Highway number 130 CD in the State of Chhattisgarh, Odisha & Andhra Pradesh. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2313 (E) dated 22nd May, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal notification") published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), namely: - (i) In principal notification, in Serial No. 1, in Table 2, under the column "Location of Fee Plaza (Chainage)", for the entry "At Km. 28+488 of NH-130 CD near village Kurud in Dhamtari district of State Chhattisgarh" the following entry shall be substituted, namely: "At Km. 29+830 of NH-130 CD near village Kurud in Dhamtari district of State Chhattisgarh" (ii) In principal notification, in Serial No. 2, in Table 3, under the column "Location of Fee Plaza (Chainage)", for the entry "At Km. 28+488 of NH-130 CD near village Kurud in Dhamtari district of State Chhattisgarh" the following entry shall be substituted, namely: "At Km. 29+830 of NH-130 CD near village Kurud in Dhamtari district of State Chhattisgarh" [F.
