NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th March, 2025
S.O. 1411(E). In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in
the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned
in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders of
km. 20.470 to 35.400 of Office of the Sub-Divisional, Dharashiv, Collector Office Campus, Dharashiv, in the State of
MAHARASHTRA km. 35.400 to 38.800 of Sub Divisional Office cum Land Acquisition office,Kallamb, Near
Tehsil Office, Kallamb, Barshi Road, Kallamb, in the State of MAHARASHTRA km. 38.800 to 88.150 of Office of
the Sub-Divisional office, Latur, Opposite Tahsil Office, Latur, Maharashtra (NH63) in the State of
MAHARASHTRA.
